How do I place an order?
Simply add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. You can check out as a guest or create an account to save your information for future orders.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We begin processing orders quickly, but if you need to make a change or cancel, please contact us right away at store@fdnyfirezone.org. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You can check out as a guest, but creating an account makes it easier to track orders and manage returns.
Shipping
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. U.S. deliveries usually take 3–7 business days after processing. International orders can take 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, the FDNY Shop ships worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Please note that international customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
How can I track my order?

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are in original condition—unworn, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact. Some items, such as gift cards and final sale merchandise, are non-returnable. See our full Shipping & Returns Policy.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
How do I exchange an item?
If you need a different size or style, please contact us at store@fdnyfirezone.org. Exchanges depend on availability; if the item is not available, we will issue a refund.

How do your sizes run?
Most of our apparel is true to size with a classic fit. Sizing information is listed on the product details when available.
Do you sell authentic FDNY merchandise?
Yes. All products sold on FDNY Shop are officially licensed, with proceeds supporting FDNY programs and the FDNY Foundation.
How should I care for my apparel?
We recommend machine washing cold with like colors and tumble drying low unless otherwise noted on the garment tag.
Gift Cards
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes! FDNY Shop gift cards are available in multiple denominations and make the perfect gift.
Do gift cards expire?
No. In accordance with New York State law, FDNY Shop gift cards do not expire and will not incur fees.
Can gift cards be refunded?
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
