Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. During peak times (such as holiday seasons or special sales), processing may take a little longer.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship orders using trusted carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The shipping method for your order will be chosen based on the best available option for speed and reliability.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, chosen method, and the size/weight of your order. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly noted on our site.
Delivery Times
Transit times vary depending on the destination and carrier. Most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after processing, but delivery may take longer for remote areas or due to carrier delays beyond our control.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to follow the progress of your package.
International Shipping
Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on destination and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. Delivery times can range from 7 to 21 business days, depending on the carrier and destination.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Eligibility
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition—unworn, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
How to Start a Return
Contact us at store@fdnyfirezone.org with your order number and details.
- Securely pack your item, including your packing slip or proof of purchase.
- Please ship your return to the address provided once your request has been approved.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for a refund. Please allow 5–7 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund once it has been approved.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for different sizes and styles, depending on stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will process a refund in its place.
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, clearance merchandise, and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.
