At FDNY Shop, our hearts go out to everyone affected by the coronavirus (COVID–19) pandemic, and we’re committed to doing everything we can to ensure the safety of our customers, employees, and merchants.
We care about you, and the safety of our community is a top priority and want you to know, in light of this situation, we have decided to temporarily close the FDNY Fire Zone Learning Center and FDNY Shop in Rockefeller Center, starting today March 17th.

*Please note: Local Pickup option will not be honored during this time. Customers with orders to be picked up within the last 2 weeks will be contacted by our Customer Service Team.
**Please note: We’re experiencing unprecedented demand during this time and your order was unfortunately impacted by a delay. Even in times of pressure, the FZ team is pushing hard to ship orders as fast as possible. Orders are currently shipping 7-10 business days after an order is placed, so we can only ask for your understanding.
We are customers as well, so we can relate to the feeling of reassurance when your package shows up at your doorstep. Thank you so much for supporting the FDNY Foundation.
